You can replace and recover products within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product within Saudi Arabia only.

Products to be returned or replaced should be in original condition without removing the attached product information card or labels on the products and be coated in the original cover and unused.

Free Shipping Cases

The customer does not incur shipping costs in case of replacement or refund in the following cases:

The customer received a product other than the one he ordered.

A product breakdown or failure resulting from an error by the shipping company.

The product is disabled for any other reason.

Paid Shipping Cases

The customer shall incur shipping costs in case of replacement or refund estimated at SAR 24 in the following cases:

Customer's choice of product other than that he wanted.

The product is no longer suitable for it.

The customer has become unwilling to keep the product.
