أولًا: الإبلاغ والمهل الزمنية

يجب التبليغ عن أي مشكلة خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الطلب.

ثانيًا: الشحن والجمارك

تكاليف الشحن يتحمّلها العميل، وتختلف بحسب الدولة/المدينة التي أُرسل إليها الطلب.

الرسوم الجمركية وأي تبعات أو مسؤوليات مرتبطة بسياسات الجمارك في بلد العميل تقع على عاتق العميل.

ثالثًا: العيب المصنعي

في حال طلب إرجاع الشحنة بسبب عيب مصنعي:

تُرسل الشحنة إلى الشركة المصنِّعة للفحص.

إذا أقرت الشركة بوجود العيب، يحق للعميل الاختيار بين:

استرجاع نقدي كامل يشمل مصاريف الشحن، أو

استلام منتج بديل من نفس النوع أو ما يعادله حسب توفره.

رابعًا: الإرجاع بسبب خطأ بالبيانات أو عدم الرد

عند إرجاع الشحنة بسبب خطأ في البيانات، أو عدم توافر الرد من العميل لشركة الشحن:

تُقدَّر قيمة الاسترجاع بناءً على حالة المنتج عند وصوله إلى كيه ديرما.

يتم خصم مصاريف الشحن والجمارك وأي مصاريف مرتبطة من المبلغ المسترد.

خامسًا: استرداد المبالغ (Refund)

تستغرق عملية الاسترجاع من 7 إلى 21 يوم عمل اعتبارًا من تاريخ التحقق من الحالة.

يتم إعادة المبلغ عبر طريقة الدفع نفسها المستخدمة في الطلب الأصلي.

سادسًا: في حال تلف الشحنة من قبل شركة الشحن

إذا تعرض المنتج للتلف نتيجة النقل:

يتم استرداد قيمة المنتج وقت الشراء فقط وبنفس وسيلة الدفع.

كما يحق لكيه ديرما إصدار قسيمة شراء إلكترونية بقيمة المنتج التالف تعويضًا للعميل.

سابعًا: إلغاء الطلب

قبل التجهيز أو الشحن: يمكن للعميل الإلغاء بدون تحمل أي مصاريف شحن.

بعد التجهيز أو تسليم الشحنة إلى شركة الشحن:

عند إلغاء كامل أو جزء من الطلب، يُخصم من قيمة الاسترداد مصاريف الشحن وأي تكاليف أخرى مرتبطة.

يُسترد المبلغ المتبقي فقط عند استلام المرتجع فعليًا في مراكزنا، ووفقًا لحالة المنتج في نظام كيه ديرما (وليس نظام شركة الشحن).

ثامنًا: الحالات التي لا تُقبل فيها الطلبات

المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو استخدمها، أو التي خُرِجت من العبوة الأصلية (لأسباب صحية أو أخرى).

المنتجات التي فقدت ملحقاتها الأصلية مثل الغطاء أو الملصقات أو الهدية المرفقة.

أي منتج تعرض لسوء استخدام أو التخزين غير السليم.
